MBABANE – Mbabane Swallows will play South Africa’s TS Galaxy in the Inaugural Mpumalanga Premier International Tournament at 8pm at Mbombela Stadium on July 20, 2024.
The first game will be between Germany’s FC Augsburg against Tanzania’s Young Africans will start at 3pm. This was confirmed on Wednesday during the release of entry tickets that costs E50.
The finals of the tournament will be played on July 27 and it is yet to be decided if there would be third-play-off finals.
Mbabane Swallows supporters who want to travel with the team to the tournament will pay E250 for a return transport fee excluding the E50 entry fee. The transport will pick the fans in towns including Manzini, Matsapha and Mbabane.
Swallows were invited to the tournament by TS Galaxy who are hosting the tournament. TS Galaxy Chairman Tim Sukazi launched the tournament in the country at Hilton Garden Inn last week.
Mbabane Swallows will be playing in the pre-season tournament in preparations of the CAF Champions League that is set to kick-off in August.
