MBABANE – The Sebenza Moghuel Luncheon that was held at the Happy Valley Hotel on Saturday, June 29, 2024, was a complete success.
Sebenza Moghuel Foundation Founder Winile Hlanze confirmed that the event went very well, more than they anticipated.
Hlanze said, “Attendance was great and people came in their numbers. Our speakers were exceptional, as they delivered. We are motivated and we are challenged, we are inspired, we are definitely shifting the mind-set, and we are ready to take up space as women.”
The event boasted a diverse group of speakers who delivered powerful and thought-provoking presentations that left a lasting impact on the audience. Each speaker brought a unique perspective and set of experiences to the stage, providing insight into their respective fields and motivating attendees to take action and drive change.
Positive reviews were gathered from the attendees of the event. Gciniwe Fakudze posted on Facebook and said, “Sebenza Moghuel happened! Women are taking up space, evolving, and dreaming in colour.”
Norma Mngoma, who was also one of the array of phenomenal speakers, posted on her Instagram account, saying that she had a great weekend. “Thank you, Sebenza Moghuel, for hosting us. It was a pleasure meeting all the amazing ladies there,” she wrote.
Hlanze further explained that she is excited that the event made a huge impact, and they are already getting positive feedback from the people. To those who attended, she said that she hopes they go and implement. When they meet again, they account for and bring those testimonials.
