MBABANE – In celebration of Women’s Month, South African female DJ and record producer Judy Jay will headline the Women’s Edition show at the end of the month, presented by New Life Entertainment.
Dubbed the Rhythm Groove Women’s Month Edition will be held at 23:28 Lounge on August 30, 2024. This was confirmed by New Life Entertainment’s Thembinkosi Mthethwa yesterday.
Mthethwa shared with this publication that the show will kick off at 6pm until late.
According to Mthethwa, Judy Jay will be the headliner of the show, which will see only females take to the stage. She will be supported by Expo, Keiisy, and Lady Cream.
Judy Jay is one of the top female DJs in South Africa, with an album out and making huge waves in the music market. She has won awards and DJ competitions and is one of the most consistent DJs in SA.
Judy Jay (real name Judy Mahlatji) was born in 2001 and is a South African DJ and record producer. In the middle of the year 2021, Judy Jay won Diesel Denim Friday, where she was competing with more than 70 DJs in the country. She was introduced to the competition by HERO DJ (Lamiez Holworthy).
