MBABANE – The Premier League of Eswatini (PLE) has released an amended fixture after the postponement of Mbabane Swallow and Royal Leopard clash in the MTN Premier League.
The amended fixture will not see Sisonkhe playing against Ezulwini United and Manzini Sea Birds facing Moneni Pirates on Saturday at Mavuso Sports Centre in a double header, kick-off 2:30pm and 5pm respectively.
The Mbabane Swallows and Royal Leopard fixture was postponed while ‘The Birds’ are trying to sort their house in order due to an impasse that have seen the team failing to train and facing financially challenges.
All the six games under week nine would be played on Saturday with no matches on Sunday.
Another double header is set to Mayaluka Stadium were by Illovo will get down to action against Rangers at 1:30pm while Madlenya will be net against Mbabane Highlanders at 4pm.
Single headers will see Nsingizini Hotspurs hosting Green Mamba at King Sobhuza II memorial Stadium, starting at 3pm while Sidvwashini United will hosts Young Buffaloes at Prince of Wales Sports Ground, kick-off 3pm.
The winner between Nsingizini Hotspurs and Green Mamba will take the top spot as they both have 19 and 18 points respectively with Mbabane Swallows who are out of action leading with 19 points. A draw for Green Mamba will be enough for them to seat top of the table.
