MANZINI – The Mother of All Gospel Shows has officially announced its first local headlining artist for the upcoming event. Over the weekend, local gospel sensation Sphiwo Ndoni Ndlangamandla, crowned the Best of Africa Artist of the Year 2024, was revealed as one of the main acts. Yesterday saw the announcement of South African Gospel artist Spirit of Praise member Sindi Ntombela, as confirmed by Mother of All Gospel Shows PRO Noma Nhleko.
The Mother of All Gospel Shows will be held on May 10, 2025 at the Mavuso Trade and Exhibition Centre.
According to Nhleko it will be an unforgettable experience for gospel music fans.
Sphiwo Ndoni Ndlangamandla was crowned during the Mpumalanga Gospel Awards in December 2024.Notable Hits include; “Tivetemhlaba Tikubone,” “Waze Wetsembeka.”
Ndoni is known for his soul-stirring music that serves as anthems of hope and faith.
Sindi Ntombela grew up in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu Natal and started singing in church at age 12. She joined the gospel choir Chosen in 2010 and sang alongside notable artists. Popular Songs include “Kunemohluko,” “Akudingwa Sibani.”
She was recently Recent featured in Spirit of Praise 9 and 10.
The Mother of All Gospel Show held its training and elimination session on Saturday at the Eswatini National Council of Arts and Culture, successfully advancing 25 contestantsto the next round. Esteemed judges, including gospel artists Banele Dlamini and Mzayoni Tsabedze, evaluated the performances.
