MBABANE – Gospel artist Nelly Siwela will host her third live recording, titled The Pentecost Empowerment, on August 21, 2026, marking a spiritually inspired worship gathering.
The upcoming project is set to centre on the biblical account of Pentecost, drawing from Acts 2:1-4, which describes the moment the disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit. According to organisers, the recording aims to recreate the powerful atmosphere experienced during that time, when believers were united and transformed through divine presence.
Speaking on behalf of the artist, her manager and husband, Armyboy Siwela, said the event is not just a musical production but a spiritual encounter. He explained that the theme reflects a moment after the resurrection of Jesus Christ, when His disciples gathered in one place and experienced a supernatural outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
“This project is about reminding believers of the power and presence of God that was revealed during Pentecost,” he said. “We want people to experience that same empowerment in their lives today.”
The night is expected to bring together worshippers seeking renewal, with organisers promising an atmosphere of unity, prayer and spiritual awakening. Siwela added that the intention is to assure Christians that the same Holy Spirit described in the Bible is still active and accessible.
He further noted that more details regarding the venue, supporting acts and ticketing will be announced as the event date approaches.
This marks Nelly Siwela’s third live recording, highlighting her continued growth in the gospel music space and her commitment to delivering impactful, faith-driven experiences.
