MANZINI– South African singer Aymos has described his experience at the Eswatini International Trade Fair (EITF) as one of his best performance experiences of the year after receiving a strong response from the local audience.
Aymos performed at EITF 2026, where he opened his set with ‘Amabhoza’ before moving through songs including ‘Mama’. Throughout the set, the singer repeatedly interacted with the audience, encouraging fans to sing along and responding to their energy from the stage.
The exchange between Aymos and the crowd became a defining part of his appearance, with the singer appearing to enjoy the reception from the Eswatini audience. Speaking after his performance, Aymos praised both the audience and the concept behind the trade fair. “This is the best performance this year and I love the concept of EITF,” he said.
His comments came as the 58th edition of EITF brought together exhibitions, business activities and entertainment under the theme “Unlocking Green Economy Opportunities for Sustainable Trade.”
For Aymos, the experience appeared to extend beyond simply performing for an audience, with his interaction with fans allowing him to connect directly with the people who had gathered to watch him.
His remarks also offer an indication of the impression the Eswatini audience made on the artist, particularly at a time when EITF continues to use entertainment as part of its wider annual programme.
