MBABANE – The Ambrose Mandvulo Memorial Lecture, which was slated for March 28, 2025, has been postponed to April 16, 2025.

The event was supposed to be convened by the Leadership Growth Forum (LGF) at the Commerce Lecture Hall of the University of Eswatini (UNESWA). According to LGF Communications Officer Manqoba Makhubu, the reason for the shifting of this anticipated event has been the fact that one of the organisers is currently bereaved.

“The event, originally set for March 28, 2025, has been postponed to April 16, 2025, at 5:30 PM at the same venue (UNESWA Commerce Lecture Hall, Kwaluseni Campus, Matsapha). The change is due to a personal bereavement affecting one of our key guests,” Makhubu said.

Purpose of the Lecture

This annual lecture serves as a platform for fostering leadership excellence and honoring the legacy of Ambrose Mandvulo Dlamini, a visionary corporate leader who seamlessly transitioned into public service.

Theme of the Lecture

This year’s theme, “The Power of Intentionality in Building Future Leaders,” emphasizes the significance of deliberate action in leadership development. It encourages both aspiring and established leaders to cultivate purpose-driven strategies that drive meaningful change. This theme resonates not only with those who knew Dlamini personally but also with anyone eager to understand the core of intentional leadership.
