MBABANE – Yesterday, The Anglian Church in Eswatini held a wonderful Family Day, a special occasion designed to bring families together.
The event was honored by the presence of a Bishop from South Africa, along with other delegates who joined in the festivities.
Among the highlights of the day was a performance by the talented Gospel artist, Khosi, who captivated the audience with her uplifting music. Additionally, the popular South African Gospel artist, Ntokozo Ngongoma, also performed. As an Anglican, his presence added a special touch to the event.
Rev Dr. Dalcy Dlamini, Bishop of Eswatini, took a moment during the celebration to recognize significant social issues. He acknowledged World AIDS Day and the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence (GBV), stressing the importance of awareness and action within our communities.
This Family Day not only fostered connections among families but also served as a platform to address vital health and social issues, reinforcing our commitment to community well-being.
