MBABANE – English Premiership side Arsenal will face France side Paris Saint Germain (PSG) in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
This comes after their 5-1 aggregate win over Real Madrid, winning 2-1 in the second leg after a 3-0 victory in the first leg. Arsenal is the only the only man standing in the UEFA Champions League after the eliminations of Liverpool, Aston Villa and Manchester City.
Arsenal are also on a mission impossible as they are trying to catch up with Liverpool in winning the English Premiership being second on the log and trailing with 13 points with 6 games remaining before the curtains fall.
Meanwhile, Spain’s LaLiga side Barcelona will face Italy’s Seria A side Inter Milan who eliminated Germany’s Bayern Munich in 5-3 aggregate in the quarter-finals. Inter Milan played a 2-all draw on Wednesday having won 2-1 in the first leg.
The first leg match of the champions League will be played end of this month (April) with the second leg matches billed a week later. The finals will be played on May 31, 2025 in at Munich, Germany.
