EZULWINI– The scene in Ezulwini is gearing up for an exhilarating experience as South African deep house artist Chronical Deep is set to headline a thrilling event at Oryx Restaurant & Lounge on October 24, 2025.

Chronical Deep, originating from Johannesburg, is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in South Africa’s modern dance music scene. His ascent to fame was marked by the 2019 release of the track ‘Neo,’ a deep house anthem that thrust him into the national spotlight and showcased South Africa’s growing electronic music scene globally. His sound is defined by exceptional production quality and infectious rhythms, establishing him as a leading force in the industry.
His career is punctuated by significant achievements, including his role as a sound engineer for the Godfathers Of Deep House (GODH) project in 2018, which contributed to shaping the sound of South African deep house. Additionally, his remix work earned a nomination for Remix of the Year at the 2019 Deep House Music South Africa (DHMSA) Awards, underscoring his technical expertise and creative vision.
Following the success of ‘Neo,’ Chronical Deep has continued to broaden his musical horizon with projects such as the 2020 Twizza sound and the 2023 Light album released in Kenya. His collaborations with some of South Africa’s biggest names in the genre, including Kabza De Small, Sfazo Rtee, DJ Maphorisa, Mdu AKA TRP, Mashudu, and Leandra, further affirm his status as a prominent figure in the AfroTech and deep house realms.
