MLIBA– Eswatini’s very own DJ Xokza is once again taking his music beyond borders, teaming up with South Africa’s Frank Mabeat on a new track titled Senizoqola, set for release on 15 September 2025 across all digital platforms.
The song, written by Xokza himself, is a heartfelt project that took almost two months to complete. “The message is different from my other songs, it tells my fans to forgive me for the wrongdoings I did in the past,” he shared.
Frank Mabeat, real name Frank Ngwenya, is a DJ and producer born in Mozambique and now based in South Africa. Known for working with music heavyweights like Eemoh and Mawhoo, his latest work with Mawhoo inspired Xokza to reach out for this collaboration. “Frank is a talented producer in the industry and is always aiming higher,” Xokza said.
Xokza, whose real name is Colane Tfumbatsa from Mliba, is no stranger to working with industry greats, having collaborated with Mr Chozen, DJ Tpz, and Blaq Major, among others. For him, partnering with an international artist marks a significant career milestone. “Working with an international artist to me is big progress as it takes my brand to a higher level,” he explained.
Fans can expect an energetic fusion of 3-step beats blended with amapiano, creating what Xokza confidently describes as “a big song, yes indeed.” The duo also plans to shoot the music video at the scenic Granite Rock Sibebe Resort at the end of September, further elevating the project’s international appeal.
“This project will open more doors for my music internationally,” Xokza added with optimism.
