MBABANE – The Eswatini International Trade Fair (EITF), in partnership with the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), will host a free online training session on Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts.
It is said that the training which is titled, AI-Powered Digital Optimization will take place on August 27, 2024 at 10am to 1pm. This training session is the first session in this year’s EITF Business Seminar Series, which will continue during the EITF in the form of physical business seminars.
EITF Spokesperson Siphesihle Nkhabindze, speaking about this development, said AI changed the way business was conducted around the world. Nkhabindze further said people found themselves in the midst of the 4th Industrial Revolution, which was influencing how AI was used and how it was enhancing efficiencies in marketing strategies for business.

The seminars speaker, Chien Lee is the founder, CEO and Chief Scientist of Spark Amplify, and a lecturer at Shih Chien University, where he focuses on Smart Service Management. He has experience implementing AI strategies for Fortune 500 Companies and has worked in B2B Growth Marketing, Data-Driven Event Marketing, AI-Powered Content Curation and Strategic Management Consulting. He comes with a wealth of industry knowledge and will share strategies to assist businesses with easy ways of incorporating AI into their daily work.
