MBABANE – Emagqwetha Golf Club reigns supreme in the Mbabane Business League, winning the 2024 edition.
They won without struggles on 85 points on Wednesday afternoon during the final day of the league at the Mbabane Golf Club to end the year on a high. Liberty came second with 79 points closely followed by ERG on 74 points. Fourth was FNB who were chasing for the third spot but fell shot at 70 points. Coming fifth was the Eswatini Posts and Telecommunications Corporation (EPTC) on 69 points.
Meanwhile in the novelties, players who were nearest the pins were Sandile Chonco, Albert Mavuso and Mthokozisi Ntshingila while the duo of Kerwin Fortune and Nosmilo Kgomo were the longest drive in men and ladies respectively.
“We had a total of 14 companies participating in the Mbabane Golf Club 2024 Business League this year. We are excited for the next season and welcoming new teams,” reads a statement released by the Mbabane Golf Club.
