ESWATINI AND TANZANIA SEEK TO STRENGTHEN BILATERAL TIES

KAMPALA, UGANDA – In a significant step towards deepening diplomatic and economic ties, Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini of Eswatini held a bilateral meeting with the Prime Minister of Tanzania, H.E Kassim Majaliwa, on Friday. The meeting took place on the sidelines of an event in Kampala, Uganda.

During their discussions, the two leaders emphasized the importance of mutual cooperation between their nations. H.E Majaliwa invited Eswatini to formalize agreements through Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) in key areas such as trade, investment, and tourism. He also encouraged exploration of other potential sectors for collaboration.

Both Prime Ministers expressed a shared commitment to enhancing bilateral relations and working together to promote development in their respective countries. The discussions underscore the growing partnership between Tanzania and Eswatini, with both nations looking to leverage shared opportunities for mutual benefit.
