MBABANE – The Kingdom of Eswatini has extended heartfelt condolences to the Government and People of the Republic of South Korea following the tragic wildfires that have swept through Sancheong and surrounding counties, resulting in the loss of lives and widespread destruction.
In an official statement issued by Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini, Eswatini expressed its deepest sympathies and unwavering support during this time of crisis.
“On behalf of His Majesty King Mswati III, Her Majesty the Queen Mother, the Government, and the People of the Kingdom of Eswatini, we express solidarity with South Korea during this difficult time,” said the Prime Minister.
The statement also conveyed prayers for the safety and success of the emergency response teams working tirelessly to manage the situation and assist affected communities.
Eswatini joins the international community in mourning the loss and pledging moral support to the Republic of South Korea as it navigates the aftermath of this natural disaster.
