MBABANE– The Kingdom of Eswatini is bracing for a high-octane musical takeover this holiday season as the hit-maker behind the continental anthem ‘Magumba’ brings his signature sound to local shores for a highly anticipated double-header.
The Magumba Festive Fever Tour, a collaborative venture between ZaiPower Entertainment and Kassi Entertainment, is set to transform the post-Christmas weekend into a massive celebration of African rhythm and regional unity.
Scheduled for December 26 and 27, 2025, this two-day extravaganza marks a significant expansion for the tour as headline artist Khadeair arrives in Eswatini with a mission that goes beyond mere performance.
According to ZaiPower Entertainment’s ZaiMarn, the initiative is designed to create lasting memories and strengthen the entertainment ecosystem by connecting artists and fans from different African countries. “This vision aligns with the broader goal of promoting African music as a unifying force that transcends languages and national boundaries,” he stated.
The partnership with Kassi Entertainment brings seasoned expertise to the tour, as they have previously managed high-profile acts such as Mduduzi Mncube and DJ Tira. Their involvement enhances the tour’s credibility and ensures a professional, well-coordinated experience for all attendees. Khadeair’s role as the headline artist is pivotal, and despite the massive success of ‘Magumba,’ he maintains a grounded and dedicated approach to his craft.
The collaboration is envisioned as a long-term alliance rather than a one-off engagement, with discussions already underway for future projects and expanded regional tours to other African markets. This strategic approach underscores the importance of sustained partnerships in nurturing the continent’s entertainment industry and providing emerging artists with opportunities to flourish.
The tour kicks off on December 26 at Mahawukela Wine & Malt in Sikhuphe Circle, featuring local stars such as ZaiMarn, Immortal 7, DJ Layla, DJ Fats, and DJ Prince. The festivities continue on December 27 at Polar Rest & Bar in Siteki, Mpolonjeni, ensuring widespread access to the celebrations. Khadeair will perform his chart-topping hits supported by a lineup of DJs and artists who will highlight Eswatini’s vibrant music scene.
Entry to the events is priced at E60 for general admission before 8 pm, E80 for general admission after 10 pm, and E200 for VIP access.
As the festive season reaches its peak, this tour stands as a vibrant testament to the power of artistic collaboration in Eswatini. By bridging the gap between local talent and international stars, the Magumba Festive Fever Tour not only promises an unforgettable holiday experience but also paves the way for a more integrated and thriving African music industry. Music lovers across the Kingdom are expected to turn out in large numbers to witness this historic cultural exchange.
