The event underscored a collective commitment to fostering moral leadership and addressing the nation’s socio-economic challenges.

The meeting was graced by prominent leaders, including Business Eswatini President Mvuselelo Fakudze, CEOs from Umbuluzi, ENPF, and the Manzini Municipal Council, alongside representatives from the Competition Commission, TUCOSWA President Bheki Mamba, and Chairperson Tokky Hou of BWE.

Pastor Kevin Ward, the event’s guest speaker, delivered a stirring message, praying for a successful year not only for the private sector but also for the government and the nation as a whole. He encouraged leaders to embrace collaboration, ethical practices, and a service-oriented mindset to create a positive impact on the lives of Emaswati.

BE President Mvuselelo Fakudze concluded the event by expressing gratitude to all participants and underscoring the importance of unity in addressing pressing issues, such as youth unemployment. His remarks resonated with Pastor Ward’s call for leaders to adopt good habits and make decisions prioritizing the well-being of the nation.

“Making small changes to create good habits, both in business and in our personal lives, can produce remarkable results,” Fakudze said. He emphasized the need for leaders to set an example through their actions and decisions, inspiring change at all levels.

The event ended on a positive note with refreshments and networking, offering attendees an opportunity to discuss shared goals for 2025. This collective beginning signifies a renewed commitment to unity, collaboration, and moral leadership, laying a strong foundation for tackling the challenges ahead.
