MBABANE – Known for its consistent delivery of top-tier entertainment, 23:28 Lounge at Mbabane Business Park is set to raise the bar once again. The venue will host South African Deep House sensation, Fatso 98, on May 23, 2025, as part of its signature Rhythm & Groove series.
This was confirmed by DJ Cup (real name Zama Welcome Maseko), Operations Director of New Life Entertainment, and the event’s presenters.
“Another epic night of house vibes! The show kicks off at 6 p.m. and runs until late, with an entry fee of E50 after 8 p.m. Table bookings are essential and can be made via 7927 0015.

Who is Fatso 98?
Born Tshegofatso Mpyatona (27), Fatso 98 is a renowned artist, producer, DJ, and vocalist, known for his Deep House and Amapiano sound. Hailing from Kwandelebele, Vaalbank, he has been a steady force in the South African dance music scene.Fatso 98 has collaborated with a range of musical talents including Deep Essentials, Cblack, Glen X, Jeru, Forest SA, Jazzuelle, Chronical Deep, and more. He is the founder of 9th World, his independent record label.

Earlier in February, acclaimed DJ and producer Chymamusique (Collen Mmotla) delivered a high-energy 90-minute set that was met with rave reviews.
