MBABANE FNB Eswatini has expanded access to convenient banking services by installing four new Automated Deposit Teller Machines and one new Automated Teller Machine across key communities, strengthening financial inclusion and easing cash access for customers ahead of the festive season.

The new ADTs have been installed at Boxer Mathangeni, Luve Puma Filling Station, Siphofaneni Complex and Mpaka Spar Shopping Centre, while the new ATM is located at Hilltop Spar in Mbabane. The rollout targets customers in both urban and rural growth points, allowing them to bank closer to home without visiting a branch.

FNB Eswatini Chief Operations Officer Thandeka Dlamini said the investment reflects the bank’s commitment to customer led innovation and nationwide service reach.

“Our intention as a business is to listen to our customers and lead not only with innovation but Help that Works for their needs. We are committed to spreading our services to all parts of Eswatini in time for the festive season. This investment is testament to that and reaffirms our commitment to the country, Sitintile Eswatini futsiasiyindzawo. I encourage our customers to enjoy convenient banking closer to home with these ADTs and ATMs,” she said.

The ADTs allow customers to deposit and withdraw cash, check balances, access statements, change PINs, withdraw eWallets, make cardless withdrawals and reduce limits, offering full service banking beyond traditional branch hours. The Hilltop Spar ATM provides cash withdrawals.

As transaction volumes increase during the holidays, FNB Eswatini Chief Risk Officer Gugu Matiwane urged customers to prioritise safety when using ATMs.“As we use ATMs, let us remember to stay alert. Let us protect our PINs and never share them, avoid help from strangers, use well lit ATMs and report suspicious activity to the bank,” she said.

With more than 120 ATMs and ADTs now operating nationwide, FNB Eswatini continues to invest in digital and self service infrastructure. The bank recently reported a seven percent year on year growth in its customer base across all segments in the 2024 and 2025 financial year, reflecting growing trust and usage of its services.

The latest expansion positions FNB Eswatini to better support households, traders and businesses during the busy festive period and beyond, bringing secure, reliable banking closer to communities across the country.
