MBABANE– Eswatini Mobile is making everyday life easier, and more affordable, with its mobile wallet service, e-Mali, now offering a 5% discount when customers buy airtime through the platform.
This latest promotion is part of a growing effort by Eswatini Mobile to encourage the use of digital payments across the country. With e-Mali, convenience is at customer’s fingertips, allowing them to pay for everything from fuel and medical services to food, groceries, insurance, and utilities directly from their phone.

According to Gama the service is easy to access. To register, customers simply dial *232# and follow the prompts. In minutes, users have a fully functional electronic wallet that enables them to pay, transfer, and manage money anytime, anywhere.
Whether a customer is topping up their tank, paying hospital bills, or dining out with friends, e-Mali is accepted at a growing number of outlets across the country.
According to Gama, fuel stations across Eswatini have embraced the platform, allowing drivers to pay without needing cash. Healthcare providers such as The Clinic Group and Linkmed are also on-board, making it easier to settle medical bills.
Dining and entertainment venues accepting e-Mali include Ramblas, KFC Drive-Thru, Jazz Friends, Pizza Club, Exchange Shisanyama, Mdzimba Rock Spur, and Open House Hotel. Grocery shopping is just as seamless at stores like Pick n Pay, Eswatini Meat Industries, Ritz Supermarket, Umndeni Supermarket, OK Stores, and Sekunjalo Supermarket.
Insurance payments are simplified through partnerships with Lidwala Insurance, United Holdings, Safrican Swaziland, and ESRIC. Users can also settle utility bills, pay for water and electricity, TV licences, SACCO fees, media services, and more, all from their phones.
