MANZINI – A hot line up in store for House Musiq Festival fans s Phase two drops!
The House Musiq Festival is set to take place on March 29, 2025, at the Manzini Club in Eswatini. This festival is highly anticipated and promises an electrifying celebration of house music, featuring a mix of local legends and rising stars, as confirmed by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) Nduduzo “Dankos”, Nkonyane.
The Phase Two line-up was announced on Friday (21 February 2025).It will be headlined by the renowned DJ China, who will kick off the festival with a special three-hour set starting at 1:00 pm. Known for his ability to blend pulsating beats with soulful rhythms, DJ China is expected to set an unforgettable vibe for the day. Other notable artists include:
– June Jazzin: A Deep House DJ and producer known for emotive bass lines and intricate soundscapes.
– DJ Wicked: A veteran in the Eswatini House music scene, bringing funky grooves and infectious energy.
– DJ Ndumz: Dubbed the Afro house Queen, she fuses traditional African rhythms with modern house beats.
– DJ Rekorder: A rising star recognized for his technical prowess and eclectic style.
This line-up builds on the impressive Phase One, which was released early this month featuring South African house icon Vinny Da Vinci, local Afro House duo: The Scientists, Expo, Fantacy, and Selby.
When reached for comment the PRO shared with this publication that the festival features live performances by top house music DJs, interactive workshops, and panels of music lovers, food trucks, and vendors offering delicious foods and networking opportunities with fellow house music enthusiasts.
He said, “In addition to the music, vendor stalls are now open for applications for those interested in participating in the festival. This is a great opportunity for local businesses to showcase their offerings during the event,” shared Nkonyane.
