MATSAPHA – In a remarkable act of corporate social responsibility, KFC Eswatini has pledged E240 000 to support Philani Maswati Charity Organisation’s irrigation and agriculture project.
This contribution is set to enhance food security and empower vulnerable children and the elderly in Mliba, Mantjonga and surrounding communities.
The funding, as outlined by KFC Eswatini’s management, includes E95 000 for a solar pump and irrigation piping and E145 000 for vegetable inputs such as seeds, fertilizer, insecticides and packaging materials. The donation underscores KFC’s commitment to community development, aligning with their ethos of giving back to the communities that support their business.
KFC Eswatini Marketing Manager Belinda Forbes expressed pride in supporting the charity’s impactful initiatives. “We deeply appreciate the work being done by Philani Maswati to improve lives and foster resilience. Philani Maswati’s Executive Chairman Lutfo E.
