MBABANE – The line-up is getting bigger and richer by the day for the Limuva Arts Festival.
The M-Nation Foundation has added the legendary gospel iconic group, Shongwe and Khuphuka Saved Group and award-winning gospel artist Linda Dlamini.
Gracing Eswatini for the first time, South African Maskandi artist Umafikizolo will also be part of the line-up. He is known for his single, ‘Ngathi Nguwe.’ Another addition is SA DJ and producer Harry Cane. He has released several hits, including ‘Vula Sekele’ featuring Eeamoh. He is signed by Master KG Records.
This was confirmed by the founder of the foundation, M Nation, when speaking to this publication today, he also shared that more artists will be announced soon.
The second edition of the Limuva Arts Festival will be held at the Killarney Sports Ground in Pigg’s Peak. The festival will be held on September 28, 2024. It is slated for 10am to 6am the next day.
The festival will feature the cream of home-grown artists, sharing the stage with international artists. The line-up also includes Ama 2k Ase Afro Amatycooler, coming for the first time in Eswatini to entertain fans with Gospel-qgom music.
According to M Nation, the event will celebrate the achievements and developments within the small mining town. The festival seeks to provide a platform for the creative to shine, allowing the thriving business community to showcase their various products to the visitors of this town.
M Nation, born Wandile Ndlovu, founded his foundation last month by partnering with a South African company called True Classic to host the Limuva Arts Festival. The partnership was spearheaded by the director of the SA Company, Siya Nkosie, in Pretoria in May this year.
Tickets to the festival are available at Pigg’s Peak Cypress Basket, Buhleni Scuveve’s Salon, and Manzini Berachan Kitchen. Presale tickets for General are E100, VIP E300, and Kids E50. At the gate, General E200, VIP E500, and Kids E70.
