LINGTON GULE BOUNCES BACK AT HIGHLANDERS AS COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

MBABANE – The winds of change continue to sweep through Mbabane Highlanders, as the club has announced the appointment of Lington Gule as their new Communications Officer.

Gule returns to the club after previously serving in the same capacity in 2015. The team, now under the new leadership of Bheki ‘Rubber’ Simelane, has made several significant changes over the past week, including the announcement of new players and a revamped technical bench.

“Mbabane Highlanders Football Club is thrilled to announce the appointment of Lington Gule as the club’s new Communications Officer. This marks a homecoming for Gule, who previously served in the club’s communications department in 2015, demonstrating his dedication, passion, and professionalism in advancing the legacy of Mbabane Highlanders,” reads a statement from the club.

Highlanders highlighted that, with extensive experience in public relations and a profound understanding of the club’s culture and values, Gule is well-positioned to enhance communication between the club, its supporters, and stakeholders. His return signifies a commitment to fostering transparency, engagement, and alignment with the club’s vision.

Gule expressed his enthusiasm about rejoining the Black Bull family: “It’s an honour to once again serve Mbabane Highlanders, a club that holds a special place in my heart. I look forward to forging meaningful connections with our supporters and ensuring the club’s voice resonates loudly both on and off the field,” he stated.

As the Communications Officer, Gule will oversee the club’s media relations, public announcements, and fan engagement strategies, ensuring that all stakeholders remain informed and united.

Gule had also served in the same position at Manzini Wanderers and Pigg’s Peak Black Swallows.
