The third edition of the annual Marydee Prestigious Lifetime Community Awards will see the overall award winner; walk away with a Global Fellowship scholarship and a free ticket to the fourth edition of The NGO Whisperer Global Summit or their Annual SDG Innovation Lab Lecture which will be held in Manchester, United Kingdom.
According to Dr Carolyne A. Opinde, the Founder and CEO of the NGO Whisperer Centre for Social Impact based in the United Kingdom, “every year they collaborate with their alumni and global fellows from over 30 countries across the globe that are enrolled in or have completed their accredited six-month online leadership programme. One such phenomenal leader is Dudu Mary Dube, Founder and President of Marydee Isibuko Serenity Foundation based in the kingdom.
Opinde further said that they are looking forward to working alongside local social impact leaders in the Kingdom of Eswatini and across the globe to drive social innovation, investment and impact for a sustainable world now and in the future.
On another note, the Founder and President of Marydee Isibuko Serenity Foundation Dudu M. Dube thanked The NGO Whisperer Centre for Social Impact for partnering with the organization. “We are very grateful for this huge prize for our overall 2024 winner. I would also like to encourage the public to continue voting for the nominees. Our nominees were selected by merit and the winner will also be selected by merit. Let the public vote. We also have a panel of judges,” said Dube.
She also thanked other companies that have partnered with the organisation for this year’s event such as; Happy Valley Hotel, Happy Valley Hotel, BH Events, Superior Solutions Branding and Smart Tickets, The White Orchard Spa, Sky Fly Bed and Breakfast and Soil Scientist and Consultant Dumsile Phiri.
There are 16 voted-for categories and in each category, we have the top 5 nominees. There will be three winners in each category, with the winner taking home the trophy.
