EZULWINI – Winter’s chill is no match for the heat coming to Mdzimba View Shisanyama this Friday, 20 June 2025, as the beloved entertainment spot hosts a bold and stylish Pyjama Party that promises to redefine nightlife this season.
Forget coats and scarves—this winter celebration is all about comfort, creativity, and connection. Guests are invited to ditch their formal wear for flannel, satin, or onesies as Mdzimba View serves up warm vibes with music, games, drink specials, and fashionable flair.
“The concept came from wanting to create a cozy, feel-good winter experience,” says Zanomusa Khumalo, Event Coordinator. “Pyjamas offer comfort, fun, and a unique twist to nightlife.”
But don’t expect just onesies and slippers. The event is designed to be a full-on lifestyle experience, with a mix of social bonding, stylish expression, and subtle brand-building.
“We want people to associate Mdzimba View with more than food and music—we want to be known for memorable, creative social experiences,” Khumalo adds.
The party welcomes a wide mix of guests—young professionals, couples, creatives, and groups of friends—looking for something fresh and immersive. A Best Dressed contest will add an extra spark of competition for the fashion-forward crowd, with prizes for the most stylish sleepwear in both the men’s and women’s categories.

“We’re making sure the space is warm and inviting,” Khumalo notes.
“While we won’t be handing out blankets, the whole vibe is built around comfort.”
Guests can also look forward to drink specials, games, and a diverse DJ lineup spinning everything from Amapiano and House to Old School hits, ensuring the energy stays high deep into the night.
“Icala 17:00 sharp, and iphela when the vibes say so,” Khumalo laughs.
