MBABANE – Football fans will purchase match tickets for the week 10 of the MTN Premier League at the gates or match venues.
Each fan will pay E50 for a double headers and E30 for a single header while it’s E40 in a double headers that features the MTN National First Division and Premier League games. It’s E20 to watch a single header in the MTN National First Division.
There are three games to be played on Saturday in the MTN Premier League (December 7, 2024) at two venues. Log leaders Green Mamba will take on Young Buffaloes in the forces derby at Mkhuzweni Technical Centre while Mbabane Highlanders will be first to play against Sidvwashini United at 1:30pm.
A single header is scheduled for KaLanga Technical Centre were Royal Leopard will play against Rangers at 4pm.
On Sunday action in the MTN Premier League will see a double header played at Mavuso Sports Centre with Moneni Pirates hosting Sisonkhe at 1:30pm and the big one between Mbabane Swallows and Nsingizini Hotspurs will be next at 4pm.
A single header will be played at King Sobhuza II Memorial Stadium with Manzini Sea Birds hosting Illovo at 2:30pm.
Premier League of Eswatini Lindokuhle Mthupha urged football fans to be at their best behavior during the games. He encouraged the fans to come early to avoid queues during the purchase of the tickets at the gates. She said alcohol will be on-sale inside the Mavuso Sports Centre on Sunday.
“We encourage our fans to also support our sponsor MTN as they will be an activation for the current ‘Idubukele’ promotion,” she said.
