NHLANGANO – The beat is back!
Nhlangano-based record label Mystic Waters has announced the return of its annual celebration of music and culture — the Rhythm of Our Hearts Concert, set for 28 November 2025 at Victoria Guest House, Ezulwini, running from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Now in its second year, the highly anticipated festival promises a vibrant day of music, creativity, and connection, spotlighting Eswatini’s rising stars and established performers on one stage.
Founded in Nhlangano, Mystic Waters is home to 13 talented artists, including Mystery Maseko, Dragon, Mr. P Lotus, It’s Angie, MDR, and Ras Awsul, among others. The label continues to grow as a creative powerhouse, with a mission to elevate Eswatini’s music industry and take local talent beyond the country’s borders.
Speaking on behalf of the label, Mr. P Lotus (Phathizwe Maseko) expressed excitement about this year’s concert, describing it as a bold step toward positioning Eswatini on the regional entertainment map.
“We aim to compete with major festivals like Bushfire in the next few years,” he said. “This concert is about supporting local artists and taking Eswatini’s entertainment industry to the top.”
The 2025 edition builds on the success of last year’s inaugural event at Emerald Guest House in Fairview, which featured popular comedian Mdura and drew an enthusiastic crowd. This year’s lineup promises to be even bigger, featuring performances by Ras Jahlil Negasi, Luci Gang Child, Viwe MusiQ, Dablack Shepard, and several other talented acts.
Mr. P Lotus added that beyond the music, the event seeks to unite and empower local artists.
“We want to bridge the gap in the music scene and help upcoming artists grow their fan base. As we always say, no man is an island — we grow together,” he emphasized.
Tickets are available at three tiers:
- E400 – includes food, beverages, and transport
- E280 – includes food and beverages
- E100 – excludes food (guests may bring their own or purchase on-site)
With its growing influence and community spirit, Mystic Waters envisions the Rhythm of Our Hearts Concert becoming one of Eswatini’s premier annual music festivals — a celebration where music, unity, and culture come together in perfect harmony.
