LOBAMBA – The nation is invited to gather in unity and reverence for this year’s Good Friday service, scheduled for April 18 at the National Church in Lobamba. The service is expected to begin promptly at 10:00 AM, with citizens encouraged to arrive early and be seated on time.
Bishop Samson Hlatjwako, speaking on behalf of His Majesty King Mswati III, will lead the proceedings and unveil the full Easter programme, setting the tone for a spiritually enriching weekend.
The Good Friday service is a long-standing tradition in Eswatini, bringing together Christians from all walks of life in solemn reflection on the sacrifice and resurrection message of Easter. This year’s service promises to be particularly meaningful as it reinforces themes of faith, unity, and national hope.
As preparations continue, citizens are encouraged to dust off their Sunday best and arrive in good time for what promises to be a powerful moment of national worship.
