MBABANE – Diamonds are a girl’s best friend!
The next Miss Eswatini will get a necklace and earring set made of American diamonds (cubic zirconia) and natural freshwater pearls as one of her prizes.
The new additional sponsor from Niwa Pearls from Kuwait was confirmed by the Marketing Executive of Oukitel Eswatini Esihle Dlamini. The new sponsorship was announced on Wednesday (July 3, 2024).
According to Dlamini, the crowned beauty ambassador will walk away with a truly elegant masterpiece from Kuwait. She said, “A big thank you to our dear friend based in Kuwait, Ms. P. Dlamini, for arranging the collaboration and sponsorship. The amazing sponsorship will see the queen walk away with a stunning masterpiece.”
So far, Oukitel Eswatini has unveiled several prizes for the Miss Eswatini 2024 Pageant which include; E50 000 in cash and a brand new BMW i3 as the grand prize, all the way from Germany. The fully electric car comes with the Oukitel Portable Power Station to keep the car charged at all times. She will keep the car even after her reign. The beauty ambassador will receive a year’s supply of skin products from Portia M. The top 10 will also receive skincare hampers. The next crowned beauty ambassador will also feature in Portia M photo-shoot.
The top 10 contestants will also each take home the latest C38 smartphone. The top 3—the Queen, the first princess, and the second princess—will each get a smart watch as well. The next Miss Eswatini will get the latest OT8 tablet as well.
In April, Oukitel Eswatini partnered with the Eswatini National Council of Arts and Culture to be the new directors of the Miss Eswatini Pageant.
The last crowning of Miss Eswatini was held on November 28, 2022, in a glittering ceremony that was held at Sharma House. The reigning queen is Shanice Mamba.
