MBABANE – As We celebrate the birth of Christ tomorrow with a seven-colour feast, our famous Shisanyama and exchanging gifts with our families, let’s remember the less fortunate. Invite neighbours or friends you know are alone during this time of the year and break bread with them to celebrate the most globally celebrated holiday of the year, Christmas.

From us at Eswatini Positive News have a blessed Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year!

We reached out to a few local entertainers to send out their well wishes during this time of the year. This is what they had to say;

SONGSTRESS NOMALUNGELO DLADLA

Christmas, to me, is a sacred pause— a time when the world collectively exhales, and for a brief moment, love takes centre stage. It’s not just about the gifts or the festivities; it’s about the gift of presence—being fully immersed in the warmth of family, the nostalgia of old traditions, and the hope of renewal. It’s a day that whispers to us, reminding us to appreciate life’s simple joys and to extend grace to ourselves and others.

Christmas at my home is a symphony of laughter, music, and food shared with loved ones. I’ll admit it’s become quieter as the kids have grown up and aunties and gogos are no longer with us. But we still try to keep the sense of cooking together and being together. I love how I always end up with my extended family (fans and kind people who invite me to experience their lives during the festive.

COUNTRY MUSIC ARTIST CLEOPATRA METHULA

Allow me to wish all emaSwati, including my dearest fans; fellow musicians, and my family, a happy and safe festive season!  Thank you for being such a blessing in my music career. May your holidays be filled with joy, love, and happiness.  Remember to lend a hand and share with those who may have nothing, with love and kindness; the same way we were taught by our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, whose coming down to earth in human form we celebrate. Once again, Merry Christmas and Happy, Blessed Festive.

COUNTRY MUSIC DUO DUSTY AND STONES

Well, we’re wishing everyone a merry Christmas and a happy New Year. It’s time to be with our loved ones, a time to reflect on the year that this has been and to plan on the year that’s coming. Most importantly to our fans is to enjoy the festival responsibly. We appreciate the support we’ve been given by our fans throughout the year. More music in the coming year. Keep it green, Keep it Country!!!
