NELSPRUIT – A long range strike by Junior Magagula saw the national team, Sihlangu sailing through to the second round of the CHAN Qualifiers after a 1-0 win on Saturday at Mbombela Stadium.
They have set a date against Madagascar in the second round with the winners qualifying for the domestic players only tournament.
This was Sihlangu’s first win at Mbombela Stadium and the went through on aggregate 4-0 after the 3-0 win in the first leg last Sunday.
Junior Magagula who scored from the center line in the 68th minute, was scoring his third goal of the Qualifiers having netted a brace in the first leg played in Botswana.
