MBABANE – Renowned chef Lindumuzi Dlamini is set to captivate food enthusiasts with his masterful creations at the fourth edition of the Culinary Experience, to be held at the Sibane Sami Hotel on July 27, 2024.
Dlamini confirmed this yesterday in an interview with the publication. The event is set to kick off at 6pm to 10pm. Attendees are expected to wear black with a touch of gold as there will be a prize for the best dressed of the theme.
“The whole inspiration of the culinary experience is to just bring a new style of cooking and plating into the hospitality industry plus to teach emaSwati about it and love the Experience in food which will play a huge role in tourism in the future,” he said.
The experienced emcees, Jumbo Khumalo and Nana Sambo will use their wit, charm, and expertise to engage the audience during the event.
In an effort to create an even more dynamic and diverse culinary experience, Dlamini has enlisted the support of two accomplished chefs Sama and Tobias, to lend their distinctive skills to the evening. Known for their exquisite palates and innovative approaches to food, the collaboration between these three chefs is poised to produce a fusion of flavours that will delight even the most discerning taste buds.
The event promises not only a delectable array of culinary delights, but also a mesmerizing selection of musical performances. Tengesihle, renowned as the country’s top opera singer and songstress, will captivate guests with her enchanting voice. She will be joined by Bheshu, an up-and-coming talent in the music industry with a unique and versatile style. Together, these two artists will create an atmosphere of soulful melody, providing a delightful accompaniment to the culinary experience.
During the event, guests will be treated to a four-course meal, beginning with an appetizer, followed by a starter, a main course and dessert.
“Attendees can expect huge amount of entertainment it does not only end in the music but poetry and games .They will be also be a prize to the best dressed to the theme,” Dlamini said.
