Here’s how you can address each of these questions as a seasoned influencer and professional MC in the creative space:

  1. As program directors, what does it mean to you personally and professionally to be part of an all-women lineup show?

It’s an honor and a privilege. Personally, it’s a reminder of the power and resilience of women, and professionally, it’s an opportunity to showcase the incredible talent and vision women bring to the creative space. Being part of an all-women lineup is about more than representation—it’s about breaking barriers, amplifying voices, and showing that collaboration among women is transformative and necessary in every industry.

  1. How does your role as a program director influence or shape your contribution to this event?

As a program director, my role is pivotal in curating a narrative and experience that resonates with the audience while highlighting the incredible talents of the women involved. It’s about creating a seamless synergy between creativity, empowerment, and professionalism. I approach this role with the mindset of not just planning an event, but crafting a platform where every participant feels seen, celebrated, and empowered to shine.

  1. What challenges or opportunities have you experienced in representing women in this space as a program director?

One challenge is overcoming the lingering stereotypes and biases that women in leadership often face, such as being underestimated or having to prove ourselves repeatedly. However, the opportunities far outweigh these challenges. Representing women in this space allows me to challenge the status quo, mentor emerging talent, and contribute to building a more inclusive and equitable industry. It’s also an opportunity to normalize seeing women thrive in leadership roles, making it the standard rather than the exception.

  1. How do you hope your participation in this show inspires others within the industry or those aspiring to similar roles?

I hope my participation shows others that leadership, especially as a woman, isn’t about fitting into a mold—it’s about breaking it. I want to inspire aspiring creatives and leaders to embrace their unique voices and talents. I also hope this event encourages others to see that collaboration and inclusivity are the keys to lasting impact in any industry.

  1. What message do you want to convey to the audience about the importance of having women in leadership roles, both on and off stage?

Having women in leadership roles is essential because diversity in leadership brings innovation, empathy, and fresh perspectives to the forefront. On stage, women show the world the richness of their creativity and vision. Off stage, we build systems, platforms, and opportunities that ensure these voices continue to thrive. The message is simple: when women lead, everyone benefits—industries grow, communities are empowered, and the next generation is inspired.

  1. What does being a Diva mean to you?

To me, being a Diva means embracing your power, presence, and authenticity unapologetically. It’s about exuding confidence while staying grounded in your values and purpose. A Diva isn’t just someone who commands attention—she earns respect through her talent, work ethic, and ability to inspire others. It’s about redefining the term to reflect strength, resilience, and leadership.

  1. This is a celebration of womanhood as we tend to celebrate ourselves less than we deserve. This is event gathers Eswatini’s finest female artists on one stage and it’s quite historical, and it’s an honour.
  2. I have my own following and it will definitely bring that group of people to the event. My style is obviously different so it gives a bit of diversity to the event which is ideal for any event to work.
  3. As powerful as women are, the respect isn’t at par as our male counterparts. We have to prove ourselves twice more. Most people see you pretty and think it ends there so they are always shocked when you speak sense and have an actual brain the prettiness also works in your favour because pretty privilege is still a things so that gets you the attention and now you must give it your all when it’s all eyes on you.
  4. I haven’t been in the scene in a while so I hope my comeback shows people that you can definitely come back, bigger and better. I hope it inspires people to support local artists, designers, businesses and the likes. We are more powerful when we support our very own, and that way, outsiders take us seriously.
  5. Women voices are important on all platforms. For example, a home is made up of a women so if we are included, there’s a lot we can achieve. There is no world that functions as it should without the female voice and it’s been proven as women have taken up the space, professionally and otherwise.
  6. Like in true Beyonce lyrics; a diva is a female version of a hustler. It’s all about a confident, smart, successful and beautiful woman
