Upon his return, Dlamini will also take part in the Barbosa Classic, scheduled for July 25, 2025 he in Eswatini, with the venue yet to be confirmed.
“This year, I am preparing for bodybuilding competitions after a long hiatus. I am currently on a strict diet. My first show will be challenging, as I will be competing in South Africa, where I anticipate fierce competition. Upon my return, I won’t rest; I aim to secure a spot on the podium at the local Barbosa Classic set for July 25,” he stated.
Dlamini further revealed that following the Barbosa Classic, he will travel to Cape Town for the Cape Town Shaya Classic, which is slated for August 16, 2025.
“I am currently on a 12-week diet and am diligently training. I am training smart rather than lifting excessively heavy weights; my focus is on building my muscles in optimal condition. The last time I competed was approximately seven years ago during the 2018 Arnold Classic in South Africa. I am back with the intention of winning all competitions,” he declared.
Dlamini emphasized that during these competitions, he will proudly represent both his country and the Umbutfo Eswatini Defence Force (UEDF).
His diet consists of oats, chicken breast, sweet potatoes, spinach, broccoli, and a variety of mixed vegetables, among other nutritious foods.
