MANZINI– Karaoke lovers are in for a treat at IF’s Lounge in Manzini, where the stage is set for an unforgettable experience every Wednesday night!
This vibrant venue has transformed mid-week evenings into a musical extravaganza, quickly becoming the go-to spot for those eager to celebrate local talent and enjoy a night of entertainment. Launched just three months ago, these Karaoke Nights are drawing in crowds ready to unleash their inner stars.
The inspiration behind Karaoke Nights stems from a deep love for music and a commitment to supporting local artists. Mistosoul, the Entertainment Manager at IF’s Lounge, shares, “We love music and supporting local artists and musicians in the country. This was another opportunity for us to support local musicians and also give a chance to upcoming musicians while we keep our patrons entertained.”
Among the featured talents are notable musicians like Thando Ntshangase, who have graced the stage and thrilled audiences with their performances. Past guests such as Rina Mthethwa and Khole have also added to the vibrant atmosphere, showcasing the incredible talent within the local music scene.
Guests can expect a warm welcome and an evening filled with exceptional performances. “They should always expect our warm hospitality and the best from every musician and DJ who will be delivering on the evening,” Mistosoul promises. The atmosphere is electric as rising stars take the stage, captivating audiences with their talent.
One of the standout features of Karaoke Nights is that participation is completely free. “Participating at the Karaoke Nights is free of charge for musicians and also free for patrons,” Mistosoul explains. This inclusive approach allows everyone to join in the fun, making it a true community celebration.
Additionally, the lounge will host a monthly All White Karaoke Nights edition, featuring a special guest artist. “We promise to bring more seasoned musicians on the mic,” says Mistosoul, hinting at the exciting performances that lie ahead. On July 2, 2025, IF’s Lounge presents a night with Soulsticks and surprise artists. The event starts at 6 PM and runs late into the night.
