MBABANE – The excitement returns to Mavuso Sports Centre as the second qualifiers for the CAA-SR Relays Championships take place.
This senior relays qualifier is scheduled for Saturday, February 22, 2025, in Manzini, where athletes will compete for a chance to represent Eswatini at the CAA-SR Relays Championships in Gaborone, Botswana, next month. Originally set for March 15, 2025, the event has been rescheduled to an earlier date.
“The 2nd Qualifier is happening this Saturday. Don’t miss the action as athletes compete in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, and relays for an opportunity to represent Eswatini at the CAA-SR Relays Championships in Gaborone in March,” reads a statement from Athletics Eswatini (AE).
Competitions will commence at 8:00am featuring short-distance events, including the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, and relays.

The first qualifiers were held last month, attracting over 20 athletes.
