MBABANE – Enactus Eswatini has announced the appointment of Sabelo Dlamini as its new Country Leader.
The official announcement was made on Monday evening through the organisation’s social media platforms.
Dlamini steps into the role with a wealth of experience in youth development, operations management, education, and entrepreneurial leadership.

He previously served as Head of Operations at Junior Achievement Eswatini, where he was responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, program execution, and fundraising.

With over a decade of experience in business education and examination, Dlamini has also advised numerous entrepreneurship-focused initiatives across the country.
No stranger to the Enactus network, Dlamini is a former member of the SIFE SCOT (Swaziland College of Technology, now ECOT) team and was the Faculty Advisor to the Southern African Nazarene University (SANU) Enactus team that won the national title in 2019.

Speaking after the announcement, Dlamini described his appointment as both humbling and inspiring.
“I am honoured to lead a platform that turns youth potential into real-world solutions. Enactus has always been a force for positive change, and I look forward to working with students, partners, and communities to deepen our impact,” he said.
The Enactus Eswatini Board of Directors expressed confidence in Dlamini’s leadership, stating that his appointment aligns with their mission to guide the next generation of entrepreneurial changemakers.
They highlighted his deep understanding of Enactus values, his passion for innovation, and his track record in youth empowerment as key assets for the future of the organisation.
As part of the global Enactus family, Enactus Eswatini continues to inspire university students to use entrepreneurial action to transform lives and communities. With Dlamini now steering the ship, the organisation looks poised to enter a new era of growth, relevance, and sustainable development.
