MANZINI – Two days, one dance floor, and infinite vibes.
Eswatini’s nightlife is about to experience a much-needed revival as Yoruba Lounge teams up with SwaziRoots Entertainment to present an electrifying two-day musical experience at The George Hotel, Manzini, on Friday, July 25 and Saturday, July 26. With free entry on both nights, this cultural collaboration promises to bring the city alive with music, connection, and community spirit.
According to SwaziRoots manager Ncamiso Anele Zwane, this partnership was inspired by a mutual vision: to reignite Yoruba Lounge as Manzini’s go-to entertainment hub. “The place is perfect for what we’re about. We want to bring back the vibe and give people a reason to come out and enjoy again,” Zwane said.
Two Nights, Two Vibes
Friday sets the tone with an all-DJ lineup—no performances, just pure rhythm. Expect a seamless mix of house, Amapiano, R&B, old skool, and new skool jams, curated by DJ Kini, L2, and a powerful rotation of SwaziRoots DJs. It’s a Dance Floor Party, designed for movement, mood, and music lovers who live for the beat.
Saturday shifts the tempo with live performances, headlined by LuSha, the “R&B Queen” of Eswatini, alongside a celebration of local talent. The vibe is smooth, soulful, and packed with the warmth of classic “Saturday Night Party” energy—music, laughter, connection, and good company.
More Than Just Music
Both nights will also feature food and beverage specials, with Swazi and Yoruba-inspired twists designed to elevate the weekend into a full sensory experience. While there’s no strict dress code, guests are encouraged to come dressed with intention—bring your vibe, your style, and your energy.
A Preview of What’s to Come?
Though the weekend event is billed as a one-off for now, there’s potential for something more regular. “We want to see how people respond,” Zwane shared. “If the turnout and vibe are strong, and The George Hotel sees the potential, we might be doing this every weekend.”
