MBABANE– Music, games, and charity unite Nhlangano for an unforgettable community-driven celebration.
Fun, music, and giving back will take centre stage on August 30, as Samesize Entertainments teams up with Castle Lite Eswatini to host the highly anticipated Nhlangano Family Fun Day. The daytime event will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering entertainment for all ages while raising donations for underprivileged school children.
The initiative’s mission is simple yet impactful, to collect essentials for needy learners. Attendees can gain entry by paying E50 or donating two packs of sanitary pads, which will be distributed to local schools.
The Adult Zone will be lit with performances from some of the region’s top acts, including Xokza, Wizy, Vibe Lord, Crush Libhinqa, SK The Rapper, Charm The Boss, DJ Bongza, Ndu The Poetessnes (SA), XTee K’mzomba, and more. Speaking ahead of the event, DJ Xokza said, “This is more than just music, it’s about touching lives.”
For the little ones, the Kids Zone promises hours of fun with activities such as a jumping castle, egg race, natsa cedza, face painting, water slides, and more. Parents can even drop off their kids in the supervised area while they enjoy the festivities.
Food, drinks, and shopping will also be part of the vibe, with stalls available for booking at E500 for corporate vendors and E100 for individuals. Those interested can secure their spot by contacting 7648 3021.
The organisers are encouraging families to come together for a day of joy, connection, and giving back. “Come with your family, let’s have fun, and make a difference,” they urged.
