MBABANE– Football fans will have to wait a little longer for the much-anticipated Prince Mangosuthu Legacy Cup, which has been officially postponed to 16 November 2025.
Originally scheduled for 11 October 2025, the Legacy Cup was set to take place at the Prince Mangosuthu Regional Stadium, with tickets priced at E50. The annual event is known for celebrating football excellence while honouring the legacy of the late Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi.
Nsingizini Hotspurs FC confirmed the development through a statement shared on their official platforms earlier today, citing fixture congestion as the main reason for the change.
“Our tournament has been postponed to 16 November 2025 to accommodate football season commitments. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to ticket holders,” read part of the statement.
The statement further assured supporters that TicketPro would be in touch with those who had already purchased tickets to arrange refunds or credit options.
“TicketPro will communicate directly with ticket holders to make refund or credit arrangements. Thank you for your understanding and continued support,” the club added.
