MBABANE— The runway is ready to dazzle as the Phakama Mpumalanga Festival 2025 prepares to showcase exceptional talent, featuring models Njabu Thando Dlamini and Mercy Mathebula stepping into the spotlight.
Scheduled for November 1–2, 2025, at the picturesque Ngwenya Estate in White River, Mpumalanga, this marks the festival’s third edition and promises a spectacular celebration of fashion and culture.
The Phakama Festival has always featured a vibrant Fashion Show, where Dlamini and Mathebula will make their debut. Representing Top Models Eswatini and Top Africa Models Agency, both models are excited to showcase their talents at this prestigious event. Top Models Eswatini has been a prominent presence since their invitation to the festival’s launch in 2022, consistently bringing their finest talents to the event.
Mbalenhle Manana, founder of TME and TAM, expressed confidence in the models’ abilities, stating, “Top Models always bring incredible energy and elegance to the runway. Their engagement with designers and professionalism resonates well with the audience, helping to highlight the festival’s creativity.”

The Phakama Mpumalanga Festival is an annual outdoor celebration of fine art, fashion, sculpting, and music, often referred to as “The Coachella of Mpumalanga.” The Fashion Show will feature an exciting lineup of local and international designers, showcasing styles inspired by the rich heritage of Mpumalanga and Africa.
