MBABANE – Following the groundbreaking unveiling of Sati, Eswatini’s first localized business AI assistant, interest in AI’s role in transforming businesses has soared.
Sati is Artificial Intelligence assistant created and launched by Yati in November last year. To keep the momentum going, an AI Marketing Workshop is set to take place at the end of February 2025, promising even more insights and practical tools for businesses looking to thrive in the digital age.
The workshop aims to empower professionals and entrepreneurs by showcasing how AI can simplify operations, boost efficiency, and personalize customer experiences. But what makes this workshop particularly significant for Eswatini is its focus on localized AI solutions; innovations like Sati that understand and cater to the unique needs of the local market.
In a region where businesses often struggle with limited resources, the ability to harness AI effectively could be the key to staying competitive. By attending this workshop, business owners, marketers, and innovators can gain practical knowledge that can be implemented immediately, helping to position Eswatini as a hub for technological growth in Southern Africa.
AI is no longer the realm of global tech giants alone; it’s now accessible to businesses of all sizes. From automating customer service to predicting consumer behaviour, AI is revolutionizing how brands interact with their audiences.
“AI has the power to bridge the gap between local businesses and the digital economy,” said Phumlani Dlamini, Yati Business Development Manager. “It’s not just about technology; it’s about using that technology to create meaningful connections and drive growth.”
Eswatini’s businesses are already showing interest in the product and eager to see the benefits. Sati has demonstrated how AI can respond to customer queries in siSwati, handle lead generation, and provide 24/7 support, all while respecting cultural nuances.
The February workshop builds on the success of November’s event, offering deeper dives into key topics such as advanced AI-driven marketing strategies; designing and deploying autonomous chatbots; leveraging AI for audience insights and hyper-personalized campaigns; practical AI tools for small businesses; and ethics and data privacy considerations in the AI landscape. Participants will also have the chance to engage in live demonstrations and network with thought leaders in technology and marketing.
