The African Carnival is set to take place at Mavuso Trade Centre, and Africa Fest at Sibebe Resort is set to be a multi-faceted celebration, encompassing both a daytime cultural event and an evening after-party.

“The daytime celebration, known as the African Carnival, will kick off with a parade from Narazene, a parade that will lead attendees to a site where cultural activities, performances, and competitions will be held,” he said.

The festivities will then continue into the night with a star-studded after-party at Sibebe, where international artists will take the stage, transforming the venue into a dance floor for attendees to enjoy.

The African Carnival and Africa Fest promise an array of entertaining activities that are sure to delight attendees. This activity includes music and dance performances, the best traditional attire competition, and African and Caribbean food stalls.

As the evening after-party takes off, international stars Sun El Musician and A-Reece will be bringing their unique blend of beats and rhymes to the dance floor, igniting the crowd with their electrifying performances.

Joining them will be a line-up of talented local artists, including Trend Twins, Tots, Ash, Sgitha, Itsallblaq, Selby, Lil Dee, Sintor, YoungZesh, and DJ Cup, who will be showcasing their musical prowess and local flair.
