MBABANE – The Ladies European Tour (LET), where local professional golfer Nobuhle Dlamini competes, has unveiled a packed schedule for the 2025 season.
The tour will feature 30 events across 20 countries worldwide, boasting an impressive total prize pool of approximately E750 million (€39 million). New events will take place in exciting destinations such as Australia, Tenerife, and Belgium.
Last year, Dlamini had a quieter season as she took maternity leave midway through the year, making a comeback in the latter part of the season to participate in a few tournaments.
“We are delighted that our global tour will span five continents, providing enhanced opportunities for our players in 2025. Our elite female athletes are performing at the highest level, and we’re also seeing incredible emerging talent from LETAS and the Lalla Aicha Qualifying School.
There’s been significant interest in hosting events for 2025, and we may add more tournaments throughout the year. These additions aim to boost visibility, attract global audiences, and create more opportunities for our players. We deeply appreciate the support of our sponsors, partners, and event promoters as we continue to grow women’s golf. We look forward to an exciting season ahead,” said LET CEO Alexandra Armas.
According to the Ladies European Tour website, the season will begin in February with the Lalla Meryem Cup at the Royal Golf Dar Es Salam in Rabat, Morocco. It will then move to Saudi Arabia for the Aramco Series presented by PIF – Riyadh.
