PIGG’S PEAK– Music lovers are in for a treat as the Mr & Miss Zhumiao Show returns in style, featuring South African sensation Blaq Major as the headline act.
The much-anticipated event will take place on Saturday, 1 November 2025, at the ever-vibrant Zhumiao Lounge in Piggs Peak, promising an unforgettable night of music, fashion, and flair.
Blaq Major, a Durban-born artist celebrated for his electrifying fusion of Amapiano, electro-Afro house, and Afro-pop, has become one of the region’s most exciting performers. His 2024 chart-topping hit “Sdakiwe Sbali” dominated airwaves and was crowned Song of the Year by Gagasi FM, cementing his place as a powerhouse in the South African music scene.
Known for his high-energy sets and seamless blending of modern electronic beats with traditional African rhythms, Blaq Major’s performance is expected to light up the Zhumiao stage and keep revellers on their feet throughout the night.
Adding to the excitement is a stellar supporting line-up featuring some of Eswatini and South Africa’s hottest DJs and performers. The line-up includes Sgitha, AS4Jerry P, DJ Chomzin, Mshayi, DJ Maye, DJ Phara, DJ Smallz, DJ Biggie, and DJ Prefect – all set to deliver dynamic sets that will keep the party going well into the early hours.
The show will be hosted by the charismatic Gorby, whose vibrant energy and stage presence are sure to keep the crowd entertained from start to finish.
Beyond the music, the Mr & Miss Zhumiao Show will showcase the region’s rising models, bringing together fashion, confidence, and creativity in a dazzling contest that celebrates local talent. Organisers have promised a full evening of entertainment, with a top-tier sound system, vibrant lighting, and a festive atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Zhumiao Lounge – one of the North’s premier lifestyle and nightlife destinations.
Tickets are already selling fast, with general presale tickets at E50, entry at the gate for E80, after 10 PM at E120, and VVIP access at E200. Event promoters encourage early purchases to avoid disappointment, as the venue is expected to reach full capacity.
