LOMAHASHA – When rhythm meets raw emotion, magic happens — and that’s exactly what BoB Musician and Bless LePoet are delivering with the upcoming premiere of their new genre-blending project, “AmaBenjamin.”

Set to drop at midnight on Friday, 13 June 2025, the track is a bold experiment that fuses the irresistible grooves of Amapiano with deeply introspective spoken word poetry, offering fans something fresh, fearless, and emotionally real.

Already uploaded to YouTube in premiere mode, “AmaBenjamin” is visible but unplayable — building anticipation while giving fans the chance to hit the “Notify Me” button before the beat drops. It’s a strategic rollout, allowing the track to build hype and algorithm traction before release.

At the heart of “AmaBenjamin” is a message many can feel but few dare to say aloud. The standout hook,“Angeke Banthande Bonke Mina Angyon’ iMali” (Not everyone will love me; I am not money),lays bare a hard truth: acceptance in today’s world is often measured by material worth.

It’s a reflective, real, and resonant lyric that turns the dance floor into a space of self-awareness — one that fans are already calling a statement, not just a song.

BoB Musician (Bongani Gamedze) brings the beat, while Bless LePoet (Sibusiso Shongwe) delivers the poetic punch — a collaboration that began gaining momentum with their 2024 release, “Dlozi Lami,” which racked up 1,000 views in three weeks.

Now, backed by the production label Afro Melodies, the pair are stepping into a new wave of creativity.

“This track is about more than just good music,” said a spokesperson from Afro Melodies. “It’s about authenticity, emotion, and pushing the boundaries of local sound.”

AmaBenjamin is just the beginning. The label has multiple projects lined up, including the hotly awaited Cypher 04, with more poetry-infused music drops expected over the coming months.

The creative energy behind the label is clearly in full swing — and fans of the duo can expect a consistent stream of genre-defying content aimed at connecting on a deeper level.
