The statement confirmed that the Honourable Minister for Labour and Social Security, Phila Buthelezi, approved the increase under Legal Notice No. 5 of 2025, effective January 1, 2025. Consequently, the maximum contribution per employee is now E400 per month, split equally between employers and employees (E200: E200).
