SIPHOFANENI – Eswatini Bank officially opened its new branch at Siphofaneni Plaza.

The opening of the new branch took place on May 5, 2025, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing commitment to serve the local community.

Vusikhaya Dlamini, the Acting Manager of the Siphofaneni Branch, spoke on behalf of the team, highlighting the bank strong relationship with the local community for over 10 years.

He noted that Eswatini Bank has played a key role in the region’s growth, providing advanced banking solutions including a business meeting room, digital self-service kiosk, and Automated Deposit Terminals (ADTs), which allow customers to make safe deposits at any hour.

“This move to larger, modern premises is a sign of our continued investment in Siphofaneni. We deeply appreciate the support from our customers and dedicated teams that made this relocation possible,” said Dlamini.

Chief Operating Officer Zanele Dlamini also expressed her excitement about the opening. “We are happy to launch this new branch, which will serve both individuals and businesses. With digital tools like our mobile app and wallet, along with friendly in-branch service, banking will now be faster and more convenient” she said.

She also invited residents from Siphofaneni and surrounding areas to make use of the new facilities. “This branch belongs to you. Whether for personal, business, or digital services come in and let us serve you better,” she added.

Loyal customer since 1980, Siphiwe Simelane Dlamini shared how Eswatini Bank has helped her grow. She successfully financed a Toyota GD6 and a crane loader for her sugarcane business, while her husband bought farmland and local properties like the Choice building through the bank support.

Sergeant Nkhosinathi Gama, a police officer stationed at Siphofaneni Police Station, pledged to continue offering security for Eswatini Bank’s operations, including safe transportation of cash between Siphofaneni and Manzini.

With this new branch, Eswatini Bank strengthens its mission to deliver accessible and secure banking to communities across Eswatini.
